Cacik  (V) Cucumber and a hint of garlic in creamy yogurt sauce topped with dry mint
Kisir (V) Cracked wheat, parsley, spring onion, cucumber, lemon juice and olive oil with herbs.
Barbunya Pilaki (V)  Broad beans, peppers, potatoes, carrot, parsley, dill, olive oil & lemon juice.
Saksuka (V) Aubergine, Tomatoes, Potatoes, Red & Green peppers with tomato sauce.
Babaganush (V) Crushed grilled aubergine garlic, yoghurt and olive oil.
Tabbuleh (V) A refreshing parsley salad with mint, bulgur, tomato&onion
